Wow, was that all the fuss was about We spoke as a nation at the polls and yet some people are still not happy. Some people are reeling from the political killings that marred our day of Lemming like behaviour. I sense a great swindle, the same swindle Karl Marx referred to when he called the US "the model country of the democratic swindle."
As witnesses to murder trials of Mayors are gunned down and fingers swivel to point at Bheki, I can't help but feel like we have all been swindled out of our democracy, if we ever really had one. We think we had a say in the running of the country but I am not sold.
Check Hlaudi is not happy and neither is Andile, rerunning the elections won't help either.
More importantly now that we have done with the voting thing, is Mike Pompeo's trip to Russia to work out the nuclear weapons control agreements that Donald has been reneging on. If anyone can talk some sense into the war mongering Mike then Sergey Lavrov is the man. He always strikes me as sensible, every time he opens his mouth. Mike not so much
So relieved that they are talking arms control agreements again, but can't help cringing at the thought of the American stance on Venezuela. Democracy by Force! That's not how it works, you're supposed to trick the people into believing that they chose their leader, its called an election. I don't know.
I don't know but have you noticed the number of Christian murders seem to have suddenly jumped up. I have heard so many reports lately of Christian persecution, and we all know that it is politics using religion as a weapon. The more I see politics, the more I think we should try to do without it. That would be revolutionary.
Sudan is struggling to free itself from Omar's mess that he left behind, now the military have had a taste fo the power, they don't seem keen to hand it back.
But it is Donald and his meddling frenetic war mongering attitude towards Iran that is now threatening to ruin my breakfast. His new sanctions now hit out at Iran's mining industry, infuriating Tehran who promise to suspend some of the agreements made in the agreement that includes Britain, China, France, Germany and Russia. Only Donald didn't like the terms a year ago so he did the dishonourable thing and pulled out of the treaty.
Now with his aircraft carriers and soldiers and bombs, Donald and his mates have conjured up some "imminent" attacks that they say Iran is preparing, so here we are again on the brink of a nuclear confrontation because Donald wasn't happy. Is it as simple as that Is he as simple as that
Meanwhile in India, Donald's weapons sales force are trying to get India to but their THAAD missile system and swears to place sanctions on India if they buy the S-400 from Russia. America, land of the free and the brave.
