Oh slap me silly with a rubber sock why don't you It must be of some comfort to Jacob Zuma that he isn't the only president in the world that is hated by so many people, when he hears about the American President Donald Dump and his lies and deceit that just keep coming, almost as thick and fast as state capture in SA.
Donald reversed a campaign promise about troops in Afghanistan and America's involvement with the occupation of this Opium producing country. Now we know of the huge potential that the opium trade has and its relation to the pain management drugs like morphine and the like, but is nobody suspicious about the huge oil and mineral reserves found in Afghanistan
So Mr. Dump thinks we're all idiots but many of us know that there are more American troops in Afghanistan than in any other combat zone in the world. He says that they want to eradicate the Taliban, Al Qaeda and ISIS but we all know that these so called terrorist organisations are all supported covertly by American Intelligence, not that they would ever admit it and we don't need them to.
"The highest concentration of NATO servicemen in Afghanistan is being accompanied with the highest concentration of opium poppy, . That situation causes doubts about the anti-terrorist mission and leads to the conclusion about catastrophic consequences of the eight-year stay (of coalition forces) in Afghanistan," Russia's Federal Drug Control Service head Viktor Ivanov made this statement in 2010. So Mr. Dump is not fooling everybody. America maintains its right to be in Afghanistan because of the 9/11 attacks, which had nothing to do with Afghanistan. They've been there for 16 years now.
It's like our minister of Police, Fikile Mbalula saying that crime is a good thing because it gives him a job. "Just imagine if we didn't have criminals, we wouldn't need police officers and security guards. Meaning some people would be without jobs. I wouldn't also be here to entertain you. People would also be careless, they would leave their houses unlocked, and such, and such. But now they lock their houses for protection. They buy locks, security cameras, alarm systems and such other things to feel safe; and on the other hand, creating jobs for these security companies we have today." He is rumoured to have actually said that. Then the Govmant announces that even in the face of increasing crime stats and SAPS obviously losing the war on crime, we are going to get rid of 3000 police officers.
It gets better, the Gupta's sold their TV channel for R300 million and their newspaper for R150 million raking in R450 million for outlets that are largely considered by most South African's as fake news. How did they do that
Meanwhile the witch hunt continues with Derek Hanekom coming under fire for trying to prevent a rogue president from completely draining the country, instead of concentrating on things like businessperson Lorraine Masipa allegedly disappearing sixty million Rands worth of Industrial Development Corporation money.
