Greeting from Guptastan, where we all have our heads buried so deep in the sand that we can see our own ^#%@$#3&.

It must be comeuppance for our new Police Chief who had the gall to say that South Africa is a relatively crime free country that is very safe, only to hear of the tragic shootout at one of our national airports where someone was gunned down with an AK47 in broad daylight in front of a stream of cars filled with onlookers. Oh we are safe all right, just ask the Guptas, they have their own armoured car. Lol.

Apparently it doesn't matter if you have been captured and are snug in a Gupta pocket, if your position as a member of parliament doesn't work out you can just go back to the job you resigned from, even if you resigned under the suspicion of being a puppet. Ask Ngoako Ramatlhodi, he knows a lot about it.

Daily I lose respect for the ruling party, their lack of ability to stem the tide of our countries lifeblood flowing from the veins of our economy. When our ministers are too scared to vote with their conscience and are forced to vote the party line, then I get confused, isn't that dictatorship Why bother with the vote then What for It is shameful that we need to ask the judiciary for a secret vote, where are their cohunes

Here are some questions from Ranjeni Munsami, "How many people's accounts would it take for the ANC to believe that the government it was elected to run is actually being controlled by another group of people Or is the NEC decision an admission that the ANC cannot do anything to stop the Guptas from interfering in state affairs Are ANC leaders comfortable with the fact that privileged state information is passed on to private individuals to use however they want to If they are not, why did they consent to the probe being shut down "

Answers, where are you all

While the English parry it out over their snap election and their politicians seem to mirror the politicians the world over, with mind mystifying actions, the World seems to be settling into its demented state one step at a time. Further into the downward spiral we go, the anti Trump campaign is so hell bent on dragging the American President to the ground that they are willingly stepping into poop, disseminating fake news, knowing that impunity awaits them once their story is debunked, only to produce another fake story.

We really should be worrying about the missile tests in North Korea, the United Nations Security Council wants to impose more sanction, sanctions on top of sanction, we all know sanctions don't work, if they did then there wouldn't be any rockets to launch. Diplomacy is the way, but it seems it was okay to bomb the living daylights out of the North Koreans, but not to trade with them or attempt to prevent the human rights abuses with diplomatic means. Kill the problem with kindness. But there's no money to be made form peace.
