Hey South Africans, wake up already, can't you see the lights are on and everything is out in the open now. You can't hide your shenanigans anymore, we can see everything, no more pulling the wool over our eyes.
More and more the corruption is being exposed, like here at home where fat cat politicians are scurrying around trying to grab the last little bit of bribe money that they can, thinking they can't get caught because they have friends in high places. A word of advice, watch out for those cameras. Some of these politicians defy instructions even from the President, unprecedented.
North West Province premier Supra is reeling from the realisation that the corruption in his province will not be tolerated. I love the way he sent himself a resignation letter and then refused his own resignation. Hilarious. It is encouraging to see that if the people stand together we can rid ourselves of corruption.
Cyril effectively removed Supra's access to billions of tax Rands when he used the constitution to take control of the north West Province. Bringing into focus the issue of the ANC being either a National party or a Federal party with the premiers of provinces becoming powerful barons that can go rogue as we saw with Supra.
What's not funny are the political killings that have resurfaced on the South Coast and in PMB. Are these the fractures of a divided party we are seeing
Over in England the world almost froze when Megan, now the Duchess of Sussex married her prince. The brand of her dress and her hat caused more than just a ripple, while the war torn regions of Syria and Yemen paled into insignificance.
Other things to distract us from the despot behaviour of our fellow man is the upcoming Soccer World Cup, and the good news that the Russian 2018 World Cup squad was cleared of doping by FIFA who found insufficient evidence to carry the accusation.
The Land Expropriation issue is slowly simmering down into something resembling sanity with Enoch Godongwana admitting that the ANC has made a lot of mistakes in dealing with the land issue.
Donald and Kim carry on their cat and mouse game with the summit on denuclearization now hanging in the balance with possible postponements and Donald making silly noises again.
What we really need to worry about is the alliance with Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg and the Atlantic Council. The Atlantic Council is paert of the American war machiine and is in danger of serving NATO's agenda. This was done under the surreptitious guise of protecting democratic elections worldwide. It's like giving an alcoholic the keys to the bottle store.
The American Secretary of State Mike Pompeo can actually fit both his feet into his mouth and still manage to talk well enough for people to understand him. His ridiculous ultimatum to Iran along with the imoral act of pulling out of the nuclear deal by his president, Donald baby, blaming Iran for "financing of terror"and"destabilizing activities"is a case of the pot calling the kettle black if you ever saw one.
