What is the issue

War mongering seems to be the most important pastime for our world leaders these days. After berating them so bad for so long they eventually got it together to arrange a cease fire in the Syrian civil war, or shall we call it what it is, it is not a civil war, it is a war between America and Russia, with Russia defending their sovereignty and America trying to gain control of all the worlds oil supply, while putting a missile launching station on Russia's border.

Well now that I have got that off my chest, I can say congratulation on agreeing to a cease-fire, but wow what a disappointment that it hardly lasted a day. American backed "moderate rebel forces have reportedly shelled residential areas and Syrian government position twenty three times by Tuesday afternoon. What a disgrace we are to ourselves, imagine if there were aliens watching this behaviour. What do you think they would think

Anyway lets not stop there, lets irritate things further. Why not test fire a nuclear rocket, hey Kim Brilliant idea, genius material. And while he's at it, being a super ponce, the Russians and the Chinese are carrying out some extensive naval drills in the disputed South China Sea. The Philippines, where Barak Obommer recently visited despite being called some despicable things, and China are awaiting the outcome of the Hague's Permanent Court of Arbitration ruling on who controls what are the world's busiest shipping lanes. Submarines, Jets, Battleships and sailors galore, this is the fifth year that these two superpowers are holding these drills. I wonder how much the eight day exercise costs in Yuan

Speaking of costs, news of Jacob paying back the money, or at least getting a loan to pay back some of the money, the DA still wants to know where the fringe benefit taxes are, anyhow the news has sent a ripple round the political spheres. Julius, who demanded tirelessly that Jacob pay back the money, refused to listen to Jacobs answers to questions in Parliament, calling our president a criminal and walking out on him.

More about costs and our only hope, Pravin Gordhan confirmed more billions for our national airline, SAA, allowing Dudu Myeni to stay on as CEO while the board sought a capable replacement and got the airline back on track. The pilots are not convinced that this is a good idea, and they are usualy quite clever people.

Not so clever are the four Government departments that have been caught with their pants down, or at least accused of using their government email accounts to subscribe to a porn site.

While we're talking about sex and the government, leaving out SARS, I must comment the home affairs minister for banning the homophobic hate speech minister from entering South Africa. Sex is such a tiny part of life and so personal, I don't want to know your orientation, I'd prefer to know how you feel about animal rescue and nature conservation than any of that stuff.
