What's The Issue?
What's The Issue?

Speaking of bribes, our president definitely knows what a bribe is, having alleged that Thabo Mbeki offered him a bribe of twenty million Rand to leave politics in 2007.
Anyway I was tickled pink to see the photos of an eToll gantry lying across the road after some concerned citizens took an oxy torch to its legs and cut it down. I am of the opinion that this is the only way that we the people will win this issue. It is being pushed down our throats so hard even swallowing wont help.
Rubber bullets were flying in Port Shepstone at the weekend with the violence that erupted at the ANCYL congress meeting. In any event the leadership was elected and will now stand at the National Congress to be held from the 25th to the 28th of this month.
On the international front the G7 group of countries, namely Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, completed their latest summit in the lavish Schloss Elmau hotel in the Bavarian Alps, at exorbitant cost. Anyway, it's only money, the most important aspect of the summit so some spending must have been necessary. Angela Merkel was most concerned with the threat of Greece defaulting on its loan, while Obommer continued with his rhetoric against Russia.
Speaking out against Vladimir Putin Obommer asked "Does he continue to wreck his country's economy and continue Russia's isolation in pursuit of a wrong-headed desire to recreate the glories of the Soviet empire? Or does he recognise that Russia's greatness does not depend on violating the territorial integrity and sovereignty of other countries?" Am I the only one who is left scratching his head at this blatant propaganda? Like so much faeces spilling from his mouth. Did he really bring up violating the territorial integrity and sovereignty of other countries? Does he really think that the world does not know that all he is trying to do is deploy missiles in the Ukraine? Really?
Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov recently spoke out about US plans to deploy nuclear-capable medium range cruise missiles in Europe and Asia that would directly target Russian territory saying, "Apparently, the US is ramping up the issue of 'Russian violations' to justify their own ostensibly responsive military action that would be aimed at ensuring American 'leadership' in confrontation with the mythical 'Russian military threat' that Washington drums up regardless of all facts to the contrary," Is anybody listening out there?
