What's the issue?

What's the issue?

Author: Tomas Yoko

Here we go, another mind numbing week of abomination. The worst of it must be the chemical weapons incident in Syria. It is absurd enough that the civil war has been going on for years, but the introduction of chemical weapons is just ludicrous.

Looking backinto history we see that old Bushy baby went ballistic (no pun intended) over the chemical weapon Saddam Hussein used on his own people. He said he knew he had them because he supplied them to him. A little confusing the he said he said issue but if ou read it again it might make sense. See why I got so dizzy.

Anyway, here we have chemicals introduced again, and they have been labelled as morally obscene. Not so obscene or morally destitute are the drone strikes I guess, but this is not a war of words or morals. It is a war of expensive weapons and even more expensive human lives. The whole bloody mess is morally obscene.

So, England and America are flexing their muscles, Russia is sitting cross legged in the background waving the pointing finger slowly from left to wright, a gilded warning not to rise to the occasion.

To me it seems as if the Western leaders are rubbing their hands together saying, "Yes. At last, the legal grounds to attack." With the backing of the security council of the United Nations, they can then justify a military strike. They are going to bomb Syria for bombing Syria. "OK! You bombed yourselves, so now we are going to bomb you."

Brilliant, a wonderful solution. Or are they excited because it might drag Russia into the conflict and then they can justify borrowing billions and billions of more dollars from the Federal Reserve to pay for the massive amounts of weapons they would need to buy from the arms companies they all have shares in.

Ok, I'm being a little cynical, you think? But wait, Obama is already planning a two-day spanking for the Syrians. America have already shelved the talks, talking is over. They don't seem to be able to prove without a doubt that it was Assad and his buds who used the chemical weapons, but hey, someone did, so here comes a spanking from the skies.

I think it is obscene, all of it. Then I turned to the obscene event of our communications minister Pule's gross transgressions that took so long to be brought under control and allowed they bleeding of our limited resources to go on and on and on, further lightening my already dizzy head and causing it to spin almost into orbit. She was not alone, many helped her scoop the millions out of the plates of the poor and impoverished, the famished, the very people she was mandated to help. They were all in it together and then they tried to cover it up and now I don't think the political will is there to bring all parties involved to accountability. WHAT?

Did I say accountability, see, see how dizzy I am, accountability. WHAHAHAHA, what a joke.
